Description

Charlie Jackson-Martin is the owner of Sydney Dingo Rescue, a property situated approximately 50km south of Goulburn, New South Wales. The property is a home and dedicated wildlife sanctuary, also used for wildlife rehabilitation. Charlie plans to maintain the property as a wildlife sanctuary for the benefit of local native species.  

The property spans 40 hectares of densely vegetated bushland, featuring one dam and a seasonal creek. Vegetation is characterized by eucalypt woodland.

Wildlife is abundant and includes eastern grey kangaroos (Macropus giganetus), red-necked (Macropus rufogriseus) and swamp (Wallabia bicolor) wallabies, common wallaroos (Macropus robustus), brushtail (Trichosurus vulpecula) and ringtail (Pseudocheirus peregrinus) possums and lace monitors (Varanus varius).

An array of birdlife is also present, including laughing kookaburras (Dacelo novaeguineae), gang-gang cockatoos (Callocephalon fimbriatum), tawny frogmouths (Podargus strigoides), eastern rosellas (Platycercus eximius) and sulphur-crested cockatoos (Cacatua galerita).
