Linda and her partner Philip intend to create a garden around the house, and have plans to revegetate some areas of the property whilst eliminating weeds.

Wildlife found on the property includes bandicoots, red-bellied black snakes (Pseudechis porphyriacus), eastern brown snakes (Pseudonaja textilis), carpet pythons (Morelia spilota), small-eyed snakes (Cryptophis nigrescens), brown tree snakes (Boiga irregularis) and various frogs. A swamp wallaby (Wallabia bicolor) and a short-beaked echidna (Tachyglossus aculeatus) have also been sighted. The property is also home to an abundance of birdlife, with 87 species identified.
