Body Corporate for Trinity Circle are the owners of Trinity Circle, a property situated in Trinity Beach, approximately 20km north of Cairns, Queensland. This property is a residential estate as well as a wildlife-friendly sanctuary. The Body Corporate wish to preserve the existing habitat for the benefit of local native species and residents alike, whilst raising awareness about biodiversity and conservation in the area.

The property covers 11 hectares and includes over 50 privately-owned residences sharing common property. Natural features include gullies and remnant native forests, which populate the hillsides leading to the Coral Sea. Vegetation is characterized by subtropical rainforest and coastal forest.

A wide range of wildlife is present on the property including agile wallabies (Macropus agilis), striped possums (Dactylopsila trivirgata), lace monitors (Varanus varius) and carpet pythons (Morelia spilota) along with various snakes, lizards and native birds.
